Tiles in all rooms, except parquet in the bedroom. animals are welcome, (Obligation to report their presence before rental). No Smoking ..! ..

Advance when booking: 100% of the total amount of the rent (by check *, transfer or credit card).
* checks will not be cashed until your arrival, after handing over the keys.
On your arrival, 400 € deposit (check not cashed or cash) are requested when taking the rental and returned after the inventory of your departure.
Cancellations:
Reservations canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay may be refunded up to 100%. Reservations canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay may be refunded up to 50%. Long-term monthly rental possible from October to May, € 700 per month for a minimum of 2 consecutive months. Electricity in addition (monthly meter reading) ..! no pets for long term rentals! ..

The apartment can accommodate 2 more people because it has a sofa bed 140 x 190 equipped with a comfortable mattress. Count 15 € per person and per additional night.
